In service since 2014, our company specializes in the production of high-quality metal products. We manufacture metal furniture parts, metal accesories and wire products. As finished products, we offer tables, chairs, patio furniture and similar metal-based furniture.
Within a 6.000 m2 production area, our factory has a production capacity of 4.000 tons/year of shaped sheet metal, 2.000 tons/year of shaped tube profile, 8.000 tons/year of processed cold-rolled sheet metal and 24.000 tons/year of fabricated wire. With the investment made at the and of 2021, the production area will reach 20.000 m2. With that investment, putting into operation tube-laser cutting and other facilities and machines, our capacity and capabilities will increase even more.
In our current production line, we operate laser cutting machines, vertical processing units, press with various tonnages, wire processing machines, tube and profile bending machines, wire bending and processing machines, wire cutting and straightening machines, wireframe welding machine, automated wire reworking machines, welding robot, coordinate system spot welding robots, fully automated electrostatic powder coating plant and fully automated plating plant.
